General Information
CANCELLATION GUIDELINES
All bookings may be cancelled or rebooked free of charge up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Within 30 days, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- 29 to 14 days prior to arrival: 30 %,
- 13 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50 %
- and less than 6 days prior to arrival or in the event of no-show: 90% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
Revocation rights under §11 (1) FAGG shall have no application.
Bookings are handled in accordance with the General Terms of Business of the Austrian Hotel Industry.
We recommend that our guests purchase travel cancellation insurance such as that offered by Europäische Reiseversicherung

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Your room is available for check-in after 2:30 p.m. on your arrival day. Check-out time is 10 a.m. If you arrive earlier or plan to leave a little later, you can safely leave your bags with us. Please notify us if you expect to arrive before 2:30 p.m. We will do what we can to ensure your room is available by that time or even earlier. Please also let us know if you expect to arrive late - thank you!
- Subject to availability, we also offer late check-out. For an additional fee of € 30, you will then be able to continue using the room until 3 p.m. With the wellness area and lunchtime snacks also included, of course.
